Uruguay XXI is the Investment and Export Promotion Institute of the Uruguayan government which works to internationalize the Uruguayan economy, promoting exports and positioning Uruguay as a strategic destination for productive investments. Through Uruguay Smart Services, the Institute promotes the Uruguayan ICT industry, among other global services segments, and Uruguay as a great platform for businesses, attracting investments and promoting exports worldwide.

Cuti is the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology, a private and non-profit organization, founded in 1989. Currently representing more than 350 companies offering products and services in 52 markets, Cuti’s mission is to promote the development and growth of the ICT industry through the development of its members.
The organization is a key player in the Uruguayan IT ecosystem, partnering with IT-related institutions, such as academic and industrial centers, universities, technological campuses, technology parks, government institutions and business associations, among others.

Ingenio is the first incubator in the country, and the largest. Since 2001 it supports technology-based ventures, and is one of the pillars of the Uruguayan entrepreneurial ecosystem. It is located and belongs to the technological park of LATU. Since its conception, it has helped more than 100 ventures, some of which have achieved great prominence internationally, and very good levels ofturnover and high quality employment.
